Hi, I’m Heather! I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and small pets throughout my life and love dog walking because it combines exercise, fresh air, and time with furry friends. I take pride in being reliable, compassionate, and attentive—making sure every walk is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to each pet’s unique personality.

As a kid, I used to have a dog day care at my house. Family life has always included animals from dogs and cats to an 80 bird aviary in our backyard.

Caring for animals is my happy place because it brings me into enjoying the present moments.

I have been in love with animals ever since I can remember. I've had almost every animal big or small, so I have a lot of experience! I've wanted to work with any animal you can think of since I was younger.

Hi! I’m Jewel, a 26-year-old Portland native with a lifelong love for dogs. I played Division 1 soccer at SMU in Texas, where I started walking dogs and petsitting through Rover — and I’ve been hooked ever since! After college, I played professional soccer in Europe and Rugby for the USA National Team, but no matter where life took me, I always found time to care for pups.

These days, I’m a CrossFit coach and personal trainer, and in my free time, nothing brings me more joy than spending time with dogs, including my three: Kayla, a pitbull mix rescue from Mexico; Milo, my sweet special-needs min pin mix; and Cooper, my paralyzed and very oversized corgi mix who zooms around in his wheelchair.

Whether it’s a fun session of fetch, a walk around the block, or simply quiet cuddle time, I’ll make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and treated like family. I can’t wait to meet your pup and give them all the pets, walks, and treats they deserve!

Hi, I’m Nyssa! I’m 25 and a proud pet parent to a sweet 4-year-old orange tabby and a playful 2-year-old golden doodle. Since joining D’s K-9 Cardio, spending time with dogs has become one of the highlights of my day. I work full time, but I choose to spend my extra time with animals because I truly love them. I enjoy staying active, so getting outside with dogs is a perfect fit. I treat every pup I walk as if they were my own. Whether it’s giving them exercise, playtime, or just extra love while you’re away, I make sure each dog feels happy and cared for.

Sarah is a health coach and yoga instructor, mother of two awesome young men, and married to another amazing guy. She is a lifelong pet owner, and believes strongly in the beautiful healing benefits and joy of having fur friends in your family. When she’s not snuggling or walking your pets, or health coaching, you’ll find her playing pickle ball, doing yoga, cooking healthy food for family and friends, hiking, learning about something new, drawing or walking on the beach. She looks forward to meeting you and your pet soon!

Hi I am Tami
I am a retired retail manager of a grocery company. I am starting my next chapter in my life. I have my own dog an English pointer/terroir who loves his walks. I have lived in this beautiful area most of my life. I am looking forward to going on walks and care for your pet at your home.

HI! My name is Tracey Palmberg and I am an active Mom of two college students and new empty nester! I adore furry family members and always have, as grew up with dogs and have owned 2 of my own. Jackson was my first child and moved across the rainbow bridge to doggy heaven in 2018 at age 14 and Cody, who was our 15.5 year old Yorkie did the same in August this year.
I have been walking, running and caring for dogs in Scripps Ranch since 2022 and love all of my extended family furry friends. We have created very strong bonds with both the dogs and their families. It brings me joy to get the wet kisses each and everytime I walk in their doors.

Fun Facts: I love to take fun photos with my furry friends, whether it be with sunglasses and my favorite sports teams or putting the photos in holiday or creative background templates.

Hi, my name is Kayla. I'm a lifelong animal lover with two dogs and a cat of my own, and I’ll care for your pets like they’re part of my family. I love getting to know each animal’s unique personality—they always seem to sense how much I care! When I’m not out walking pups or giving belly rubs, you can probably find me crocheting something cozy. I can't wait to meet your furry friend!

I’m steady, reliable, and calm. I’ve spent my whole life in San Diego working in hospitality and surrounded by animals, and now I bring that same joyful energy to caring for people and their pets. I love being part of the pack, indoors or out, keeping everyone loved-up, safe, and supported.
